CCPA Addendum — California Residents
This Addendum supplements QDS’s Privacy Policy
and applies solely to residents of the State of California. It describes
our practices under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended
by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA
have the same meaning here.
This Addendum is published in English, which is the governing version. If
QDS makes this Addendum available in other languages for informational
purposes, the English version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

2. Purposes of use
We use personal information to: provide and operate the QDS service;
process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional communications;
detect and prevent fraud and multi-account abuse; comply with legal
obligations; and generate aggregated, non-identifying product analytics.
3. Do we sell or share personal information?
We do not sell your personal information as defined under
the CCPA/CPRA. We do not share personal information with third parties for
cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose personal information to service providers (Stripe, Amazon SES,
our hosting provider) solely to deliver the QDS service under written
contracts that prohibit them from using the data for any other purpose.
4. Your rights under CCPA/CPRA

Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories
and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you,
the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties
with whom we share it. -
Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal
information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
(e.g., legal obligations, fraud prevention). -
Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate
personal information we maintain about you. -
Right to Opt-Out of Sale / Sharing: As stated above,
we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising —
no opt-out action is required. -
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information:
You may request that we limit our use of your sensitive personal
information to what is necessary to provide the service. -
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not deny service,
charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service
because you exercised any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

We will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and
respond within 45 calendar days (extendable by a further
45 days with prior notice). You may designate an authorized agent to make
a request on your behalf; we may require written proof of authorization
and verify your identity directly.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own
